Complete missions and side quests

Grand Theft Auto IV Mobile Edition is a free action-adventure game. This single-player game follows the story of Niko Bellic, an Eastern European war veteran who wants to escape and forget all about his past while having high-profile criminals breathing down his neck.

Grand Theft Auto IV Mobile Edition is played from the third-person perspective, and the world can be explored on foot or by car. Liberty City is made up of three main islands, and the state of Alderney is modeled after New Jersey; players are allowed to explore as they see fit thanks to the game's open-world concept.

Great storytelling

In Grand Theft Auto IV, you’ll assume the role of Niko Bellic for the duration of the game. The gameplay and mechanics are easy to understand and the controls aren’t hard to maneuver as well. When it comes to the story, the entire experience is great, just as you’d expect based on the excellent story writing in the previous installments.

The game also has a re-creation of the single-player experience in an online multiplayer mode, where up to 32 players can engage in cooperative and competitive play. Missions are linear scenarios with set objectives that players must achieve to advance. Due to the fact that some missions require waiting for more instructions or events, players can have multiple ongoing missions at once.

As great as the game sounds, there is a small flaw that you need to take into consideration, and that’s the missing audio from cutscenes from time to time. There are some instances where the audio cuts off at some random scenes but usually goes back to normal after a few seconds. Besides that, overall, the sounds are not that bad for the entire game.

A great game overall

Despite Grand Theft Auto IV having audio issues once in a while, it is a great game that's highly recommended for those who love the story and gameplay of the Grand Theft Auto franchise. The mechanics are easy to use and understand and the controls are not hard to use as well. It is great for those who want to go on missions and side quests.

PROS

  • Easy to understand mechanics and gameplay
